ADD-ONS
ON-BOARD CAMERAS
$5 per race
Feature your drivers, live from their cockpit, on the broadcast! Up to 6 live camera feeds will be accepted. This add-on is a per race fee.
Driver Headshots on Overlays
$25 One Time Setup Fee
For the ultimate authenticity, have your drivers fully featured on the overlays in various segments! This add-on is a one time charge.
A non-refundable $25 deposit is due at the time of acceptance to secure a booking. This will be deducted from the first invoice, but is required to secure your agreed upon dates.

*2 Commentators if Available. If we cannot staff two commentators, we will provide a discount/credit to offset this.
**Overtime rate is $10 per 15 mins over for standard broadcasts if RACE distance extends beyond 2 hours. A 1 minute grace period is given, but after the grace period, a $10 fee is charged and another at each additional 15 minutes over. No prorated fees apply. This is charged as a standalone invoice and must be paid prior to the next scheduled event.
***Overtime rate is $1 per minute if race distance is over 50 minutes. We have a system in place to help prevent this from happening. However if even with our system in place, the race goes over, then you are responsible for the per-minute charge. No prorated fees apply. This is charged as a standalone invoice and must be paid prior to the next scheduled event.

If race has cautions enabled, Green Flag Distance cannot exceed ~35 Minutes.
This is calculated by: taking the pole lap time of a recent iRacing official race [of a comparable SOF to your league], adding 1.5 seconds on ovals, multiplying by race laps, and dividing by 60. On road courses: pole sitter lap time, adding 1 second, X race laps, divided by 60.
This is done to ensure that a race with multiple cautions will not cause the race to go over its allotted time. It is protection for the league owner.
Example: League owner requests a 1 hour special for a 75 lap Cup race at Homestead. Average pole lap is 32.4 seconds. We then add 1.5 seconds. 33.9 X 75 = 2542.5 seconds, divided by 60seconds = 42 minute race. This race would NOT qualify for a 1 hour special.
